Vibrating feeder consist of vibration mill, spring, pulsate, electric mill and the moto shaking device consist of two eccentric shaft. These gear wheels jogged. When installation you must make sure these gear wheels joggled according to the sign. The power drives these the accentric shafts circumrotate, which can produce huge power to force the mill vibrate on the spring.
It is usually used in joint facilities for crushing and screening in such fields as mining area, crushing fields, metallurgy, coal, concentration, building materials, chemical industry and grinding, etc.
Performance features of the vibrating feeder:
Vibrating feeder bears such performance features as simple structure, stable vibration, even feeding, good continuity performance and adjustable exciting force; casual adjustment and control of feed quantity, convenient operation; using eccentric block as the exciting source, low noise, low power consumption, good adjustment performance, without punching materials; dust prevention if in closed body.
Working principle of the vibrating feeder:
The feeder takes advantage of centrifugal force produced by rotation of the eccentric block in the vibrator to make the flexible parts of the screen such as screen box and vibrator in forced continuous circle or approximately circle movement. The materials do continuous throwing movement on the tilting screen surface with the screen box and by this the materials are fed continuously and evenly into the receiving opening.
The materials are bumping with each other when being sent between the plate hammer and the impact plate. The materials become cracked, loose and then comminuted by knocking by the plate hammer, impact with impact plate and bump between materials. The materials with grain size smaller than the gap between impact plate and plate hammer will be discharged.
